Confidentiality

Confidentiality is important in therapy. I adhere to the BACP code of ethics on confidentiality and I work within the strict professional guidelines of the BACP code of conduct.

Equality and Anti-discrimination Policy

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, age, physical disability, gender or sexual orientation.

Frequency and duration of sessions

This can be discussed during your initial assessment session. I normally recommend a series of 6 to 12 weekly sessions for counselling undertaken at a regular time. Long term therapy is also offered.

Regularity and continuity are important in counselling. We can agree the days and times of your meetings together. If you need to miss an appointment you need to give 48 hours notice or you may be charged for the session.

Fees

• Counselling video consultation session: £75 per hour;
• Therapeutic coaching video consultation session: £100 per hour;

One session is a full hour.

My fees and counselling contract are subject to annual review.
